If you are a Gamefound campaign backer and received your game or expansions with a damaged component or game part, please send us a ticket with the "06-I received a damaged component" type and be sure to include:


- A photo of the boxes contained the damaged component you received showing it's barcode and a piece of paper with your email address registered at Gamefound;


- If the box is also damaged, please include photos of the damage;


- Your delivery receipt or similar;


- Photos of all damaged components, clearly showing the damages;


- Please include additional images of the damages if needed;
