If you are a Gamefound campaign backer and received your parcel with a damaged box, please send us a ticket with the "05-I received a damaged box" type and be sure to include:
- A photo of the all the damaged boxes you received showing it's barcode and a piece of paper with your email address registered at Gamefound;
- Your delivery receipt or similar;
- Include the names of all boxes and parts (bottom or lid) damaged in the description field;
- Please include additional images of the damages if needed;
