If you are a Gamefound campaign backer and received your parcel with a missing product/box, please send us a ticket with the "03-One or more of my products weren't delivered" type and be sure to include:

- A photo of at least one of the boxes you received showing it's barcode and a piece of paper with your email address registered at Gamefound;


- Your delivery receipt or similar;


- Include the names of all missing products/boxes in the description field;
